Applicants are invited to complete this Pre-qualification Questionnaire to be considered for inclusion on a tender list as the first stage in selecting candidates for inclusion in a tender list to provide a Telematics – Fleet Management System to IE.
Iarnród Éireann seek expressions of interest in the provision of a Telematics system to facilitate the ongoing improvement in the management and utilisation of the 500 (approximately) car and van fleet.
The system must be capable of delivering the following benefits:
— driver identification to mobilise the vehicle,
— record each journey,
— report on vehicle utilisation,
— report/record driver behaviour to include speeding; idling; harsh braking; acceleration; etc,
— suite of reports for exceptional events/infringements,
— fuel consumption,
— geo-fencing.
