This object of this notice is to seek expressions of interest from suitable candidates for the supply and delivery of Servers, Desktop PC's, Laptops, Thin Clients, Peripherals and Other IT Hardware devices to ESB. Candidates wishing to express an interest must provide ESB with the information requested in Section III.2 below (preferably via email). A selection process will be undertaken by ESB (after the date specified in Section IV.3.4 below) in which all expressions of interest received will be reviewed. Tender Documents will subsequently be issued to the selected candidates.

Economic and financial standing:
(1) Audited financial statements for the last 3 years.
(2) Evidence of Insurances (Expected levels to be: Employer's Liability €13m, Public Liability €2m, Professional Indemnity 1 000 000 EUR).
Technical and professional ability:
(1) A brief summary of the Candidate's experience of supplying the types of equipment which the candidate is interested in supplying to ESB, including:
(a) length of time Candidate has been in the business of supplying such equipment;
(b) details of any R & D being undertaken in relation to product development;
(c) details of 3 clients, in Ireland if possible, to whom Candidate has supplied such equipment within the last 3 years (including name of client, duration of agreement, number of devices supplied, and name, email address & phone number of reference contact). Unless otherwise stated ESB will assume that contact may be made with these references without further reference to the Candidate.
