The provisions of the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2002 apply. Each local authority party to the tender will require a separate invoice for repairs and maintenance of it's public lights.

Prior to award of the contract, a consortium or joint venture must demonstrate that it has formed a single legal entity with joint and several liability.

Other particular conditions:

It is a condition for the award of this contract that the successful contractor and all its proposed sub-contractors must be able to produce a valid tax clearance certificate or C2 certificate.
