Single Point Design Team Services for St. Angela's Link Building
St Angela's College, Sligo
St. Angela's College require Single Point Design Team Services for partial pre-contract and full post contract (in a Technical Advisor - client side capacity) associated with their proposed Link Building Development which it is intended to procure under a Design & Build Contract. The Single Point Design Team is to be lead by the Architect and include the specialist skills of, but not limited to, Civil \ Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Services consultants, PSDP and Fire Consultant.
Where applicants propose to use sub-consultants to provide one or more of the specialist skills required, each sub-consultant is required to complete a seperate questionnaire and to be submitted by the applicant.
