Single Party Framework Agreement for Design and Print Services

Safefood

Safefood is a North-South body, responsible for the promotion of food safety on the island of Ireland. It was established in 1999 under the terms of the British-Irish Agreement Act 1999 and the North-South Co-operation (Implementation Bodies) Northern Ireland Order 1999.
Safefood proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a single-operator framework agreement for Design and Print services.
Safefood produces a number of corporate publications, consumer literature and technical documentation each year, all coming under the safefood brand and sometimes in conjunction with other agencies. The organisation wishes to appoint a single operator to provide an effective design solution and to manage these design and printing requirements.
Safefood separates its requirements into two distinct areas and is seeking applications from companies that can meet both of these requirements, namely (1) Consumer / Technical Publications and (2) Consumer Literature.
The duration of the framework agreement will be for four (4) years, subject to annual review and satisfactory performance. For the avoidance of doubt, the period of delivery of any subsequent contracts entered into under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
