Ballymun Regeneration Ltd.

Ballymun Regeneration Ltd (BRL) is a company set up by Dublin City Council in 1997 to plan and implement a regeneration programme that will result in a new town with new and improved facilities for the 30 000 people who will live there.
BRL wishes to award a single operator contract for provision of managing agent services to the following neighbourhood centres in the Ballymun area for a period of 3 years with the option, strictly at BRL’s discretion, of a period of up to 2 further years extension:
— Coultry Neighbourhood Centre Management Company,
— Shangan Neighbourhood Centre Management Company,
— Poppintree Neighbourhood Centre Management Company and,
— Forestwood Avenue Management Company.
These Neighbourhood Centres form part of the Masterplan for the urban regeneration of Ballymun.
The estimated annual expenditure on such services is in the range of 100 000 and 150 000 EUR.
The scope of the contract is included in the qualification questionnaire available to download free of charge from the Irish Government procurement opportunities portal www.etenders.gov.ie.

This shall be without prejudice to the right of the contracting authority to cancel this competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion.
