Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants (architects, quantity surveyors, building services engineers (M&E) and civil\structural engineers) who wish to be considered for the inclusion on a design team to oversee the design and construction of an extension (total floor area approx 4,953 sq. m.) to Davis College, Summerhill, Mallow, Co. Cork.
Each appointment will entail the overseeing of the design and construction of the extension.
The Client for this project is County Cork Vocational Education Committee.

The successful applicant will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for inclusion on the short-list for the above project the applicant must; (1) complete and sign the questionnaire (2) complete the consultants pre-qualification assessment excel spreadsheet and (3) send in the questionnaire and a print off of the spreadsheet to the Contracting Authority, i.e. County Cork VEC with a stamped self-addressed A4 envelope. No other information should be provided. Note: the envelope must be clearly marked with the name of the tenderer, the name of the contract, and the content for example "tender of ABC Limited for xxx Services for ABC...Project. The project category is type 3 and the estimated total performance period is 48 months. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the Tender competition process at any time.
