Seeking Design Team consultants for development of 2 New Primary Schools in Belmayne Co. Dublin
Individual expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants (architects, quantity surveyors, building services (M&E) engineers and civil/structural engineers) who wish to be considered for inclusion on a design team to oversee a building development project in Belmayne, Balgriffin, North County Dublin.
The Client for this project is the Department of Education and Skills.
The project entails the construction of 2 New 16-classroom Primary Schools for St. Francis of Assissi National School and Belmayne Educate Together National School. Both new schools will total approximately 2,250 m2 each, together with associated site and external works. The brief will also include the design and construction, to a specification and standard acceptable to the local authority, of a road running around the perimeter of the site (circa 400 metres). The full brief will be made available to shortlisted candidates at award stage.
