The successful applicant will be required to produce the necessary evidence before appointment. To apply for inclusion on the short-list for the above project the applicant must: (1) complete and sign the questionnaire; (2) complete the consultants pre-qualification assessment Excel Spread sheet and (3) send in the questionnaire and a print off of the spread sheet to the Contracting Authority with a stamped self-addressed A4 envelope. No other information should be provided. Note: The envelope must be clearly marked with the name of the tenderer, the name of the contract, and the content for example "Tender of ABC Limited for xxx Services for ABC... Project". The project category is type 3 and the estimated total performance period is 48 months. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to terminate the tender competition process at any time.
