UCD is issuing this suitability assessment questionnaire inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified candidates, in order that a shortlist of can be developed for tender stage. The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of financial standing, technical competence and capability and relevant experience to carry out the project. It is envisaged that the top 5-8 suitable candidates will be shortlisted for tender.
