RFT for the provision of language analysis services
The Minister for Justice and Equality (“Contracting Authority”), the term Contracting Authority to include all organizations, divisions and agencies currently (or in the future) under the aegis of the Minister for Justice and Equality including but not limited to the Office of the Refugee Applications Commissioner (ORAC) and the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Services (INIS), invites responses (“tenders”) from service providers (“tenderers”) for participation in a framework agreement for the provision of the services as set out in the requirements and specifications in appendix 1 of the RFT (“services”).
