The Donegal CDB Peace & Reconciliation Partnership was set up in 2008 to develop an implement the Donegal PEACE III Action Plans.
One of the main aims of the Action Plan (2011-2013) is to challenge attitudes towards sectarianism and racism and the structures that support them. In order to achieve this aim and its objectives, the Donegal PEACE III Action Plan identifies the need to deliver a programme of interventions to challenge sectarianism and racism in the work place including in the private, public and community and voluntary services.
