The work consists of the demolition of 9 two-storey houses, construction of 21 new houses, construction of 1 community resource building, refurbishment of 42 existing tenanted houses, refurbishment of external works to 50 existing owner-occupied houses, i.e new fascias, gutters, rainwater pipes, new boundary walls, etc. and general upgrading of all roads, footpaths, services, front garden and rear garden walls.
