Provision of timber measurement and associated services
Coillte
Coillte are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of timber measurement and associated services. Details of the services required are provided in the attached tender.
Forestry services are classified as non-priority services falling under Annex II B of Directive 2004/18/EC. These services are covered by Articles 23 and 35(4) of the Directive only, to the exclusion of the other provisions. Whilst such procurements are not expressly covered by provisions of the Directive, the award procedure will nevertheless be conducted in accordance with the principles of equal treatment and transparency.
