Provision of signage manufacturing, installation, removal and maintenance services

The National Lottery has a current network of approximately 3 800 Retail Agents located nationwide. In 2007 NLC engaged in a rebranding project, during this project all existing signs were replaced with new brand signage hence the requirement for this contract is as follows:
โ€” the production and installation of signage for new retail sales agencies,
โ€” the on-going maintenance of existing signage at retail sales agencies on request. Requests will be on an ad-hoc basis i.e. in the case of new appointments, agency upgrades, agency cancellations, store renovations etc,
โ€” the removal of signage from cancelled retail sales agencies,
โ€” the provision of ad hoc signage in response to requirement in the retail market,
โ€” the provision of a reliable, efficient and quality nationwide service for installations, removals and maintenance of NLC signage to its Retail Agent Network,
โ€” the provision of support services e.g. stock management, invoicing and job reporting systems.

The contract is proposed for 3 years with 2 x 1 year extension periods available at the discretion of the NLC.
Please note all contractual arrangements will be subject to the Lottery Licence.
The present licence expires on 31.12.2011.
