DAA regularly provides opportunities for mobility to existing staff but recognises that there will be occasions when it is necessary to fill roles from the external market. DAA wishes to put in a place a framework agreement to partner with professional, reputable and delivery oriented employment agencies to ensure that the right people are selected to work with the DAA, with due regard to project timelines and budgets. DAA also wishes to set up a framework agreement to partner with a company which will provide recruitment management & support services internally as a direct partner to the business, as described under lot 6.
