Provision of poster placing services
Iarnród Éireann (its intercity and commuter network and DART business units) maintain over 4 000 poster sites for advertising rail products and promoting events adjacent to stations. These poster sites are situated at stations and in train carriages.
The invitation is to provide a comprehensive posting solution: post and replace all relevant sites on an agreed cycle, maintain and clean all sites, report on posting activity to the service planning and contracts departments.
Overview of core requirements.
The core requirements of this contract are categorised as follows:
Post and replace all poster sites at agreed intervals.
Clean and replaced damage frames and Perspex as required.
Provide a health and safety statement.
All work to be carried as required by location method statements.
Attend personal track safety course and meet test requirements.
Introduce a poster site numbering system.
Issue a report to service planning department following posting.
Meet the required unannounced audit standards.
Attend feedback meetings as required.
It is our intention to award a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 year period on 1 year + 1 year basis.
