Description of options:
It is anticipated that the successful Tenderer will be required to provide services for a period of thirty-six (36) months beginning on 5.8.2011.
The contract may be extended. The contractor is required to contact the Council by month thirty (30) of the contract period with regards to a review of the services and a possible contract extension. If a contract extension is desired by the Council, this will be agreed in writing by both parties prior to month thirty three (33) of the contract period. Non-compliance with this condition of the contract will deem the contract offer invalid.
The contract may be extended. The contractor is required to contact the Council by month thirty (30) of the contract period with regards to a review of the services and a possible contract extension. If a contract extension is desired by the Council, this will be agreed in writing by both parties prior to month thirty three (33) of the contract period. Non-compliance with this condition of the contract will deem the contract offer invalid.

The tenderer shall submit to the Council 1 original and 3 copies of the completed form of tender together with all accompanying papers set out in this section. The documents must be returned in a sealed envelope / package clearly marked:
