Provision of office fit out for the Coillte Group
Coillte
Coillte currently occupy approx. 50 offices countrywide in the Republic of Ireland ranging from small single offices to larger sites including our corporate HQ in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow. The company is currently reviewing its office portfolio with a view to rationalising the amount of office space it occupies and the locations from which it currently operates. It is envisaged that there will be a requirement to carry out office fit outs in any new sites acquired as part of the rationalisation process and also that some reconfiguration of existing office facilities may be required. It is anticipated that some office fit outs will be from shell and core condition whereas others may require internal partitioning etc. It is expected that the successful candidate (s) will be in a position to project manage in conjunction with our Facilities Manager the entire fit out required for each site.
