Leopardstown Racecourse is seeking Expressions of Interest from a suitably qualified multi disciplinary team for the provision of integrated design team services for its re-development.
Leopardstown Racecourse is situated in Foxrock, some six miles from the centre of Dublin. It is Dublin's only racecourse and therefore has approx 1 million people in its immediate catchment area. The racecourse is unique in Ireland in that it hosts Grade one races on both the flat and national hunt. It hosts 23 race days each year, which are broken into a number of festivals. Its 4 day Christmas Festival is its biggest event and attracts attendances of over 50 000 annually. Individual race day attendances vary from 4 000 - 20 000.
