The Department of Education and Skills seeks to establish a framework agreement whereby the goods and/or services listed below are provided.Overall requirements:โ provision, maintenance, repair, removal or replacement of mains feed filtered water dispensers,โ provision, maintenance, repair, removal or replacement of bottled water dispensers,โ provision of 19 litre water bottles,โ provision of disposable cups.Specific requirements:โ mains fed filtered water dispensers and bottled water dispensers should be sanitised on a quarterly basis,โ supplies of bottled water should be replenished monthly as standard, however where an individual office requires a more frequent service this should be facilitated,โ upgrade all existing water dispensers in the Departmentโs three main locations (Dublin, Athlone and Tullamore), where required, within two working weeks of contract commencement,โ complete an audit of current provision in all locations covered by this framework within one calendar month of contract commencement and provide, for consideration by the Department, recommendations on the feasibility of replacement of bottled water dispensers with mains feed dispensers,โ next working-day delivery of bottled water supplies as and when requested by any office in any location covered by this framework,โ same-day cover for emergency maintenance/repairs in all locations, as required,โ provision of additional dispensers over and above the current provision, as required, in each office covered by this framework.The framework agreement will allow the Department to draw down none, one, or more than one of these goods and services at any stage during the lifetime of the framework at any of its offices.110 000120 000

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
