A tender may be submitted for a cluster or clusters and not individual audits. A tender may be submitted for more than one cluster. However, no more than two clusters will be awarded to any one firm.The scope of the services that will be required includes:(i) Planning, performing and reporting on the audits in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and International Auditing Standards (United Kingdom and Ireland) and sufficient to produce an Audit Report for certification by the Comptroller and Auditor General;(ii) Identifying and reporting to the Comptroller and Auditor General any material matters bearing on financial management including issues of probity and regularity arising out of audits;(iii) ensuring that draft financial statements, cleared by the Office, are produced to a standard suitable for publication and are submitted to the Comptroller and Auditor General for certification.
