This is a tender to establish framework agreements for the following services for a period of 4 years:
— Lot 1 - single party framework agreement for print management services.
To appoint a single supplier to manage Fáilte Ireland’s printing requirements including merchandise (USB keys, jackets, polo shirts, pull-up stand and backdrop),
— Lot 2 - single party framework agreement for fulfilment and distribution services.
To appoint a single supplier with responsibility to provide storage and stock control of the printed matter and distribution, in line with Fáilte Ireland requirements to all or selected Fáilte Ireland offices or other locations as required,
— Lot 3 - multi party framework agreements for design services.
To appoint a multi-party framework of design agencies to be drawn upon by Fáilte Ireland to provide design services. Mini-competitions between suppliers in a Lot will be evaluated on the basis of price quoted for the project, availability/turnaround time and if applicable, the specific competency and expertise of the supplier for the particular project or any other criterion where necessary.
