Pensions Policy related Consultancy support to the Implementation of the National Pensions Framework
The Department of Social Protection, invites tenders for participation in a Framework Agreement to provide pensions policy related consultancy for the Department, particularly in relation to implementation of the National Pensions Framework.
It is envisaged that the types of expertise required from time to time will include but will not be limited to the following areas:
— actuarial and statistical analysis – including the design, execution & analysis of qualitative and/or quantitative surveys,
— legal issues – particularly in relation to pensions, trust and tax law,
— economics - including behavioural economics,
— pension scheme design and management,
— pension scheme administration,
— financial services – including life assurance,
— investment issues such as pension fund management and design.
