South Dublin County Council

To ensure the effective operation of the CPA's the Council has decided to invite tenders, in accordance with the attached conditions of contractand specification, for the provision of on-street parking services.
The Council is seeking to appoint a contractor who is sufficiently competent to assume a management role as dictated by the specification, which will allow the Council to have a supervisory level of invlovement in the day to day management of the controlled parking areas.

The contract specification is divided into 4 parts as follows;(a) The patrol enforcement of Parking Bye Laws including public interface and interface with Parking Machine supplier(b) The processing of parking charge notices (PCN's) and collection of associated charges (which may include the recovery of unpaid parking charge notices)(c) The issue of residents/visitors permits on behalf of and as directed by the Council (permit applications will be assessed and approved by the Council)(d) Revenue Collection.The Council will award a contract to include;Parts (a), (b), (c) & (d).Tenderers are therefore required to submit rates accordingly and the schedule of rates is set out to enable this.
