Operational accountancy and bookeeping services
CORU is the umbrella body that will be responsible for regulating health and social care professionals. This includes the health and social care professionals Council and the 12 registration boards established under the health and social care professionals act. CORU’s role is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, professional education, training and competence across 12 health and social care professions.
CORU proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to award a contract for operational accountancy services as follows: (a) Financial management reporting; (b) Book keeping and management account preparation; (c) Preparation and query management for comptroller & auditor general and (d) Internal financial management policy and procedures.
The successful service provider will work within the finance section of CORU and will report to the Head of Corporate Services and the CEO - it is estimated that 1-2 days a week support will be required.
