Conditions for participation
Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they have fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes under the law or of the relevant state in which the economic operator is established.
Economic and financial standing:
The successful candidate following tendering process must demonstrate that they are licensed to underwrite insurance business in the republic of Ireland by the department of enterprise, trade and employment.
Technical and professional ability:
The successful candidate following tendering process must demonstrate experience or their access to experience in underwriting corporate insurance business in the relevant legal environment. The successful candidate must demonstrate experience or their access to experience to provide claims handling services to corporate insurance buyer in the relevant legal environment.
