Construction of 3.3km of National Secondary Route comprising the construction of a Type 3 single carriageway road (6.0m carriageway road with 0.5m hard strips and verges of approximately 2.0m to 3.0m) with both on-line and off-line construction.

Eartworks including earthworks in soft ground.
Construction of 2 new structures.
