CORU - Health and Social Care Professionals Council

CORU is the umbrella body which will be responsible for regulating health and social care professionals. This includes the Health and Social Care Professionals Council and the 12 Registration Boards established under the Health and Social Care Professionals Act. CORU’s role is to protect the public by promoting high standards of professional conduct, professional education, training and competence across 12 health and social care professions.
CORU proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a multi-party framework agreement for its requirements relating to Public Affairs / Communications Services to support the Council in exercising its statutory functions and powers in carrying out their day to-day responsibilities.
It is envisaged that 3 agencies will be appointed to the framework.
Seven (7) deliverables have been identified as requirements under the framework agreement:
Deliverable 1 - Public Affairs Advisory Services;
Deliverable 2 - Crisis Management;
Deliverable 3 - Communications strategy and campaign development;
Deliverable 4 - Internal communications;
Deliverable 5 - Media Training;
Deliverable 6 - Policy Development;
Deliverable 7 - Query Management.
The restricted procedure is being used and interested parties are requested to download and complete and return the qualification questionnaire available from www.etenders.gov.ie in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list.
