Multi-party framework agreement for the supply of de-icing salt for regional and local roads
National Roads Authority (NRA)
The National Roads Authority (NRA) has initiated this competition, on behalf of Waterford City Council, to coordinate the purchase of de-icing salts for use on regional and local roads in Ireland.
To coordinate these purchases the National Roads Authority wishes to appoint suppliers to a multi-party framework agreement. The framework agreement is being procured by The National Roads Authority on behalf of Waterford City Council as a central purchasing body for the use of all the local authorities, listed in schedule 3 of the framework agreement, in Ireland to purchase de-icing salt for regional and local roads.
