The Grangegorman Development Authority (GDA) is a statutory agency established in 2006 to redevelop the Grangegorman site in Dublin city centre. The challenge is to plan for and implement a complex, multi-phased development that provides:

GDA proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement with a multi-disciplinary design team for architectural and engineering design and construction supervisory services in respect of the DIT Research Hub.
The Research Hub will consist of a number of new buildings, dedicated to doctorate and post doctorate level research.

โ project supervisor for the design process.
Only candidates capable of delivering all of the services listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered. Therefore, Responses relating to one or several of these disciplines only are not acceptable and will be rejected.
