1. The contract will include both the supply of handsets, mobile devices and a full range of mobile network services, including voce, data and VPN. In addition they potential suppliers will be in a position to demonstrate a level of competence in the area of customer care and account management and will be in a position to deliver innovative billing and reporting solutions.
2. RTE is seeking proposals and tariff regimes for the carriage of the bulk of its voice traffic from its head office or campus.
