The IPS wishes to appoint a service provider(s) for the replacement or upgrade of certain facilities at Midlands Prison Dublin Road Portlaoise. The work shall be split into lots and details are provided hereunder. The IPS will evaluate all viable options from suitably pre-qualified contractors. This tender process is run in 2 stages. In this the first stage expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified businesses. Only those applicants that meet the criteria stipulated in this notice and demonstrate a capacity to carry out the work to the required standard in a timely fashion will be invited to participate in stage 2, the actual tender.
