The site(s) proposed by a pre-qualified Candidate must satisfy each of NORA's minimum site suitability requirements. Where a pre-qualified candidate's site is selected as suitable by NORA, the candidate shall be invited to participate in dialogue in accordance with the invitation to participate in dialogue (ITPID). Upon completion of the competitive dialogue process, the successful tenderer(s) will be required to enter into a contract.
