Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited currently uses the services of Quantity Surveyors in its locations in Ireland, the UK, Germany, Austria, Jersey and the USA.
The Bank is now seeking to put in place a structured panel arrangement for dealings with these Surveyors. The purpose of this arrangement is to ensure the Bank has available a Panel of Quantity Surveyors that it may call upon from time to time to carry out quantity surveying services related to properties and land on its loan book in various jurisdictions.
It should be noted that following the statement of the Minister for Finance on 8.9.2010 the Bank will not be engaged in new lending. However, quantity surveying services will still be required from time to time for the ongoing management of the loan book.

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
