Quantity or scope: The duration of the contract on offer shall be for three years. At the end of the three year term, subject to UCD review and by further written agreement by both parties. UCD may extend the initial license term by a maximum of eighteen month term. However, should UCD not extend the term then the license shall expire at the end of the term.
