Current Courts Service investments amount to approximately 1 200 000 000 EUR, of which 98 % is invested in unitised funds. It is estimated that the assets managed under the capital preservation strategies will amount to between 600 000 000 and 900 000 000 EUR. Assets managed under the income generation strategy are estimated to amount to between 150 000 000 and 250 000 000 EUR. The number of cases requiring the added value strategies and the related asset size is expected initially to amount to less than 20 000 000 EUR.
