Candidates are requested to complete the Pre Qualification Questionnaire available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie. The Negotiated Procedure will be used for the award of this contract. CIE will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates / tenderers, whether or not a contract is concluded.
The successful tenderer(s) will be required to furnish a valid tax clearance certificate from the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
Contract awards may be subject to satisfactory clarification. The contracting authority is entitled, but not obliged, to seek clarification of any relevant matter.
Applicants included in the Framework will be invited to submit detailed insurance proposals for CIÉ'S corporate insurance programme (public & employer's liability, property, terrorism etc.).
The contract or contracts may be awarded to one or more service providers.
If for any reason it is not possible to award contract(s)to the designated successful tenderer(s) emerging from any of competitive processes arising from this process, or if having awarded the contract, CIE considers that the successful tenderer has not met its obligations. CIE reserves the right to award the contract to the next highest scoring tenderer(s) on the basis of the terms advertised.
This shall be without prejudice to the right of CIE to cancel this competitive process and/or initiate a new contract award procedure at its sole discretion.
