Economic and financial standing:
The successful Candidate following the tendering process must demonstrate that they are licensed to underwrite insurance business in the Republic of Ireland by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
Technical and professional ability:
The successful Candidate following the tendering process must demonstrate experience or their access to experience in underwriting Corporate Insurance Business in the relevant legal enviornment. The successful Candiidate must demonstrate experience or their access to experience to provide claims handling services to Corporate Insurance Buyers in the relevant legal environment.

Contract execution
Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded: Legal Entity consistent with common law.
Other particular conditions:
All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they have fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes under the law of the relevant state in which the economic operator is established.
Execution of the service is reserved to a particular profession:
Insurance providers must be authorised to underwrite insurance contracts within the EU for the categories mentioned in II.I.5.
