The Works consist of Civil Engineering works in the Ballymun Regeneration Area between 2011 and 2014. The works generally will comprise road works, earthworks, drainage works, utility works, parks and hard landscaping works in excess of 500 000 EUR and up to a value of 5 000 000.
It is intended that these Works will be tendered in a number of individual Contracts whose value will be in excess of 500 000 EUR and up to a value of 5 000 000 EUR.

In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required; 6) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authority is entitled, but not obliged, to seek clarification from candidates of any matter relevant to the selection of candidates for the tender list; 7) If for any reason it is not possible to conclude this framework agreement, or if having concluded this framework agreement, the contracting authority considers that a successful candidate has not met its obligations, the contracting authority reserves the right to remove the candidate from the framework.
