The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (“the Department”) invites tenders from suitably qualified providers of professional photography services for the establishment of a multi-party draw-down framework for the provision of their services as and when required. The selected service providers will be required to provide efficient and cost-effective photographic services, to a high professional standard, and will be required to work under the close direction of the Department's officials on a wide range of assignments including high profile visits by foreign dignitaries and Heads of State.
