Framework for pavement and associated minor works contracts

National Roads Authority

The Contracting Authority is establishing a series of framework agreements for pavement and minor improvement works contracts. Local roads authorities will be entitled to purchase these works under the framework agreement. The framework will be divided into 8 geographical regions with an envisaged 8 framework participants per region. Each region will comprise a lot and tenderers may bid for one or more lots. The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for costs, charges or expenses incurred by Tenderers, whether or not any contract is awarded under the framework agreement. Tenderers will be required to comply with the tax clearance procedures set out in the tender documentation.
