Dublin City Council will require you to demonstrate the above by submitting details of your companies Health & Safety statement providing details of the health and safety policies, procedures and systems and any relevant details relating to the health and safety record of the company. Please note in relation to all documents, that where reference is made to a particular standard, make, source, process, trademark, type or patent, that this is not to be regarded as a de facto requirement.
