Framework agreement for the supply, siting and installation of bicycle racks and shelters

The Framework is for the supply, siting and installation of bicycle racks and/or bicycle shelters at various school locations in Ireland designated by An Taisce as a part of the Green Schools Travel programme (or as a part of any other programme or where funding for such is otherwise available).
The contractor under any drawdown contract will be required to provide all materials, fixings, labour, construction and ancillary services, supplies and works necessary to supply, site and install the bicycle racks and bicycle shelters and to make them fit for purpose. This may, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, include the construction of a macadam or concrete base for the bicycle rack and/or shelter and/or the affixing of small plaques to the toastrack stand.
The contractor for any drawdown contractor will be required to perform the role of project supervisor for the construction stage and Project Supervisor for the Design Process.
It will be a requirement to provide a collateral warranty to a school if awarded a drawdown contract.
The Framework agreement will be for a duration of 2 years with an option to renew for a further 2 years.
