Framework agreement for the supply of a range of building/maintenance related materials

South Dublin County Council invites tenders for inclusion in a framework agreement for the supply of a range of building / maintenance related materials including painting, plumbing, carpentry and drainage supplies identified in Appendix 1.
Because the list is not exhaustive suppliers are also asked to identify a % discount from their normal retail price list which they will offer on all other materials not identified in the list (Appendix 1) purchased by the Council during the life of the tender.
This framework agreement does not commit South Dublin County Council to any specific quantity of any product either on the list in Appendix I or any other product carried by the supplier. During the life of the Agreement any Department of Council requiring building / maintenance related materials will procure them from the successful tenderer(s).
