Framework Agreement for Quantity Surveying Services Dublin City Council
It is intended to set up a framework agreement in three Lots for the provision of Quantity Surveying Services on works projects to encompass residential, commercial, leisure and municipal projects to include new works and refurbishment works. The service required may be a full or partial service.
Lot 1 is for Quantity Surveying Services on Type 1 works projects as defined in Form QC2, which are in the value range of not exceeding 500 000 EUR.
Lot 2 is for Quantity Surveying Services on Type 2 works projects as defined in Form QC2, which are in the value range of 500 000 EUR and not exceeding 5 000 000 EUR.
Lot 3 is for Quantity Surveying Services on Type 3 works projects as defined in Form QC2, which are in the value range of exceeding 5 000 000 EUR.
