University College Dublin (UCD) proposes to establish a multi-operator framework agreement stricto sensu for project management services for the maintenance, refurbishment, development and enhancement works to existing and new construction related activities on the UCD campus, in accordance with the procedure described herein. UCD reserves the right to include other works of non academic building/heavily serviced buildings on this framework agreement. The purpose of the first stage is to obtain information from applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of financial standing, technical competence and capability, and relevant experience to carry out any projects arising under the framework agreement.
