Framework agreement for grass cutting, maintenance & landscaping services
Kildare local authorities (i.e. Kildare County Council, Naas Town Council, & Athy Town Council) intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of grass cutting, mainteinance & landscaping services. Initially the top ranked tenderer will be awarded a grass cutting and maintenance contract for the Naas Town Area for 2012 (Naas Town Council and Kildare County Council). It is anticipated that there will be further grass cutting, maintenance and landscaping contracts required in 2012 by Kildare County Council and Athy Town Council. Any subsequent contracts will be awarded by conducting a mini-tender competition between all successful candidates in the Framework. Kildare local authorities reserve the option to extend the term of the framework for upto 4 years.
