Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services - Eirspan Bridge Management (National Road Bridges)
National Roads Authority (NRA)
The National Roads Authority ("the contracting authority") is acting as a central purchasing body in respect of a multi party framework agreement ("the framework agreement") for the provision of multi-disciplinary consultancy services for bridge management related projects ("the Services") with an anticipated duration of 3 years, with a possible extension, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, for a further twelve months.
The List of Public Bodies that will be entitled (but not obliged) to draw down Services from the Framework Agreement in accordance with the rules of the framework agreement are set out in section VI.3 of this contract notice.
The services required are for two packages of bridge management related projects Package 1 dealing with the inventory gathering, principal inspection, special inspection and structural assessment of bridges on national roads and any other related engineering consultancy services as required. Package 2 dealing with the design, document preparation, contract administration and supervision of repair, rehabilitation and stregthening schemes for national road bridges. The work packages are provided in 2 lots.
