Framework Agreement for Building Works
The framework is for construction work and will include approximately 12 projects varying in cost from approximately 1 500 000 EUR to 10 000 000 EUR. These projects are due to start on site between 2011 and 2015. The projects may be phased and may require co-ordination works with adjoining sites. The projects are to construct social housing or to construct buildings or to complete significant remedial work to existing houses. They will include the construction of the associated roads, utilities, services and infrastructure.
